Aromatherapy: The Natural Sleep Remedy

With so many Americans reporting sleep issues, the industry of sleep-promoting supplements has become more of a palace. But there are many people who seek natural remedies to help them get better sleep, and they find aromatherapy a simple, inexpensive and effective way to calm and soothe as part of the bedtime routine.   • Peppermint –Anti-inflammatory properties that can help clear airways and reduce snoring.
